Of course, you all want to succeed in your business, but perhaps a few things are going wrong that you might not like. And it's easy to compare your success to others who seem to have bigger successes than you. Though when you joined the business, your goal was to earn an extra £200 a month, not reach the promotion quicker than someone else. 

Comparing ourselves to others stops us from achieving the goals we set out for ourselves and is one of the biggest reasons people give up on their businesses.
